Step 1: Analysis

We work with you to create a clear picture of your company: what you are now, where you were, and where you’d like to be as a business.

  • What are the complete range of products and/or services provided?
  • What is your mission? What is your story and why did you start your business?
  • What are the core beliefs that are important to your company?
  • What is your brand personality? (if your brand was a person, what kind of personality would they have?)
  • What kind of voice would your brand have? (if your brand was a person, how would it communicate?)
  • How do you differentiate yourself from your competition? (What do you do better than anyone else?)
  • If you could describe your brand in just 3 words, what would they be?

Taken together, these are the elements that should be communicated through your identity.

Step 2: Research

After we get to know your business, we get to work. We will thoroughly research your field or industry, your competition, the needs and tastes of your target client demographic, and explore directions for your logo & identity based on those results.

Step 3: Concepts

We then create and present 1-3 complete logo concepts. This could also include mood boards to give an idea of a general look & feel for the identity moving forward, or color options for each concept.

Step 4: Refine

After studying the concepts, it’s up to you to decide which logo or elements of different logos you feel best represents your company. We will take your feedback and finalize your logo & identity elements.

Step 5: Final Identity

When your logo is approved by you, we will send you your logo in multiple formats, colors, and orientations, so you’ll have everything you need to start using your logo in everything you do! Protecting and preserving your logo & identity is important: We’ll also provide you with brand guidelines, so your identity will look the same no matter how it’s used.
