Founded and operated by a husband-and-wife duo, the company brings together design vision and hands-on craftsmanship execution under one roof — a seamless partnership reflected in every finished home.
With home prices starting at $900K, Davenport sells fully finished, move-in-ready residences — no buyer customization required. Their design language draws from the world of Garden & Gun: wrap-around porches, outdoor kitchens, and meticulous craftsmanship details that honor the traditions of Southern architecture. These are homes built to be lived in for generations.
The Challenge
